Our Background

Renne Gariando, CPA (Philippines) and Affiliate Member of the AICPA, is the Founder and Executive Principal of Eleadvate Consulting.

 

Based in Auckland, New Zealand, he is a freelance forensic accountant specialising in fraud-related matters. He brings extensive investigative experience from a 17-year career as Senior Internal Auditor with a nationwide power-generating corporation in the Philippines, where more than five years were dedicated to investigative audits. He later gained over five years of practical experience in various accounting support roles in New Zealand.

 

As an AICPA Affiliate Member, he observes the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct. For investigation engagements focused on fraud (forensic services), he also observes the applicable requirements of Statement on Standards for Forensic Services No. 1. Other relevant standards, including Statement on Standards for Consulting Services No. 1 (CS Section 100) and, where a valuation component is involved, Statement on Standards for Valuation Services (VS Section 100), are applied as appropriate to the nature of the engagement.

 

He provides outsourced investigative audit services to private organisations for the examination of potential or suspected fraud. Eleadvate Consulting also offers auxiliary services, including selected temporary clerical accounting and bookkeeping support, to help clients maintain organisational integrity.
